It started with a field, a few friends, and no reason to be anywhere else.
Our story
This hunt didn't start as an event. It started as a handful of people we wanted to get out of the office and into a field for a couple of days.
Every September since, a few more have come along, and it's grown into two days people plan their fall around. The place hasn't changed, and neither has the point: good hunting, good food, and time with people worth knowing, a long way from anything urgent. Some come to shoot. Some come for the fire and the company. Most everyone comes back.
Why we do it
We're not in the business of throwing events. This is something we've always done and never wanted to stop. Two days in good country, a proper dinner, and a break from the noise, with people we're glad to know. We handle the details, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy it.
