We caravan out to the fields we've scouted. Guides put you on the birds. Buggies come around with cold drinks and snacks. Hunt until you limit out or the sun's down.

Bird cleaning is handled. The bar's open.

Wild game by chef Jesse Griffiths. Wagyu ribeye, grilled quail, and the rest. Live music after, and the range is lit if you want to keep shooting. Stay up as late as you like.
